In Country Settlement

Invest bank Montenegro provides all services related to payment operations within the country in regard to:

1. Opening and maintaining accounts  
2. Account balance record-keeping and reporting
3. Receiving non-cash payments orders, depositing and paying out cash
4. Treasury and counters
5. Receiving client’s payment orders, based on due securities and other collaterals

Upon receiving account opening request backed by relevant documentation, Invest Bank Montenegro signs a Contract on opening and maintaining of the account. 

Decision on registration of the legal entity in the Commercial Court Registry

1. Information on prolonged registration
2. Information from the competent authority on type of business (extract from the statistical registry)   
3. Extract from the registry of the tax authority on tax identification number (PIB)
4. Verified signatures of persons authorized for representation (OP form) 
5. Account opening request
6. List of signatures of authorized persons
7. Contract on opening and maintenance of the
