Loans

To private individuals IBM offers a range of credit products. Favorable conditions and fast services are the cornerstone of our philosophy.

For bank’s clients

Required documentation:

Filled loan approval form
Income certificate, certificate of permanent employment and percentage of salary for credit repayment, issued by the employer
The original and a copy of the valid ID card
Administrative ban on credit user’s income
Bill of exchange (loan user writes the bill of exchange at the bank’s counter)

For amount above 3.000,00 EUR:
In addition to the above listed documents, the loan applicant must provide one creditworthy guarantor.
For amounts from 10.001,00 EUR to 15.000,00 EUR:
In addition to the above listed the loan applicant must provide three creditworthy guarantors or first degree mortgage, bill of exchange
Annual interest – 11% (must be updated regularly)
Fee - 1% of approved loan-one time, in advance
Credit worthiness – up to 30% of monthly income

Overview of conditions for consumer cash loans for bank’s clients

For non-bank’s clients

Required documentation:

Filled credit approval form
Income certificate, certificate of permanent employment and percentage of salary for credit repayment, issued by the employer
The original and a copy of the valid ID card, and two guarantors
Administrative ban on credit user’s income and two credit capable guarantors
Bill of exchange (loan user writes the bill of exchange at the bank’s counter)

In addition to the above listed documentation, for credit of 10 001.00 EUR to 15 000.00 EUR, client must provide mortgage of I order or fiduciary, one creditworthy guarantor, and bill of exchange.
Fee - 2% of the credit amount ad one time upfront payment
Annual Interest - 14%
Credit capability – up to 30% of monthly income
